Styled-To-Fit Covers: This category of boat covers falls somewhere in between universal and custom fit covers. They are designed to accommodate many popular hull styles and boat configurations. With proper installation and maintenance, Styled-To-Fit covers are trailerable. Padding all stress points on the cover where cleats, windshield corners, and/or bow pulpits might cause excessive wear or tearing, is highly recommended when traveling. Carver's self-adhesive reinforcement kit is specially made to pad these stress points. The cover should also be securely tied down to the trailer to reduce excessive flapping in the wind.

The materials and workmanship in Carver products are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of manufacture. The length of the warranty is determined by the type of material ordered. Please visit our website, www.carvercovers.com for material choices and length of warranty for boat covers, PWC covers and bimini tops, or refer to the material list below. Warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollution and/or standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The boat cover, PWC cover or bimini top must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. If a defect is detected within 12 months of date of purchase, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. Carver Industries, Inc. and/or seller provide this warranty in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Carver Industries, Inc. and/or seller disclaim all liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province. Boat Cover Return Policy
Simply contact us via email at returns@boatersoutlet.com or call us at 801-568-0858. Please supply us with your name, order number, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the problem you are having with your boat cover.
Do not use your boat's registration in place of measuring your boat; please double check your boat's measurements before placing an order for a boat cover. Each boat cover is built when an order is placed with us.
Custom covers are non-refundable. Semi-Custom & Style-to-Fit Boat Covers are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If we made a mistake, we'll make it right!
All return items require a return authorization number, contact us at returns@boatersoutlet.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package in case of loss or damage to the item. When returning an item, please write the R.A. # on the outside of the package on return address label.
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Returned Boat Covers must be in new and unused condition, any missing parts, hardware or paperwork missing may reduce your refund.
Free Shipping-Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was included, including items that say "Free Shipping", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by BoatersOutlet.com deducted from the refund. All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in error or damaged. BoatersOutlet.com reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned.
Damaged Package-If the package appears damaged on the outside, you may ask the delivery driver if you may inspect the contents for damage. Do not sign for proof-of-delivery without noting any damage to the box or contents.
