Faction
The Faction movement was formed last year when a couple reps had some riders that made a difference in their territories. It was built around those riders who do everything it takes and whatever it takes to get their next set. Eating, sleeping, and breathing take a back seat, everything wake. The Faction brand is now not only a board and boots, but clothing, handles and now a shape targeted to the smaller rider. The guys wanted a board that was a different ride, something they could take to the cable or rail park and still have something they could hit a solid double up, or pull a back five off the wake. It is a free shape with very little going on with the bottom. When something was designed, prototypes were shipped to ten riders from pro’s to shop employees. Feedback was then pooled, and out came the Faction board. A continuous rocker line, very small molded fins, and subtle rails create a shape that glides across the water effortlessly. A four-fin speedster that gives you two boards in one, a wake killer as well as a free shape for pressing in the flats. Get to your local shop and check out the top dressing. Vapor Bindings

Pinstripes are so in. A new boot to hit the shelves last year and built to be paired with the Kink board, the new Vapor has the adjustability of the Torq, the ease of entry of the hinge, but a slightly taller and stiffer wrap. The wrap is high enough for a intermediate and low enough for the beginner. Boasting molded and lycra lined heel and toe rubbers, dual Gorilla Grips and molded heel kidneys makes the Vapor a feature packed value boot. The ease of entry is unmatched. Faction Bindings

The change starts now. The new 6 plate trims roughly two pounds per pair of boots. The new Lock Jaw system that is 60% lighter. The new Hinge movement cleans up the boot dubbed the Switch Hinge. Houndstooth! Say it isn’t so!! The 2008 Faction boot is beautiful. Using the new 6 Plate, this boot is light. When partnered with the Faction board, you can’t keep your eyes off of it. The Faction is a lower cut boot that has been designed to be a soft upper to give the ability to poke that toe five. We have found a fabric compound that flexes like that of rubber but maintains the fresh look of leather. What does this do for you?
