General Return Policy
We will exchange or issue a full refund on merchandise that is new, unused and in the original packaging in resellable condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or irregularities. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise when it arrives, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, less any freight charges. Please contact Boater's Outlet for a Return Authorization number, i.e., RA number before returning any merchandise. Place a note of instructions with your name, order number inside the package. Box it up, insulate the merchandise from damage, insure your package, We will credit your purchase when we receive it back. No refunds on the following items: bulk rope, wire, hose, carpet, trailer carpet, special orders including non-stocking bimini tops and non-stocking boat covers.
Returns with "Free Shipping"-Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was included, including items that say "Free Shipping", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by BoatersOutlet.com deducted from the refund. All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in error or damaged. BoatersOutlet.com reserves the right to inspect all returned product and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Some returned shipments may also require us to charge a restocking fee.
Special Orders are usually not returnable. In the event we do take a special order item back there will be a 25% restocking charge assessed to the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges-We can do exchanges one of two ways:
1) To exchange an item by mail; place a note with your name, invoice number with the returned item(s) describing the name, part number, color, size and so on of the product(s) desired. Box it up, insulate the merchandise from damage, insure your package, ship it back prepaid to Boater's Outlet 6933 South 700 West, Midvale, Utah 84047, when we receive your package we will make the exchange. Standard shipping costs apply.
2) Place an order online or on the phone with us for the desired products and we will ship the order out to you. Now you have one order on the way and one that you already received. Ship back the products that you want to return (See Exchanges #1 for shipping instructions) to us and when we receive the refund your return items.

Damaged Package-If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you should include a notation stating the package is or appears to be damaged. You may also ask the delivery driver if you may inspect the contents for damage before signing the release.
* 0 - 30 days - We will issue a full refund on merchandise that is new, unused and in the original packaging in resellable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. * 31 - 60 days - Exchange or replacement may be issued for defective or unused merchandise. No refunds will be issued. If you have a defective item, please call 801-568-0858 and ask for return instructions, some manufactures ask that the merchandise be sent to directly to them.
* More than 60 days - No refunds or replacements. Unused merchandise may be exchanged for any item of equal value. A 20% handling fee will apply. If you have a defective item, please call 801-568-0858 and ask for return instructions, some manufactures ask that the merchandise be sent back to them.
Please send a note along with a copy of your invoice. Send the package back prepaid, securely pack the merchandise. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. Boater's Outlet is not responsible for lost or damaged returned merchandise. Special Orders are non-refundable including non-stocking boat covers and non-stocking bimini tops. COD's are not accepted.

If the package was damaged in transit, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call us at 1-801-568-0858 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
Bimini Top Return Policy

Please supply us with your name, order number, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the problem you are having with your bimini top. Please double check your measurements before placing an order for a bimini top. Each bimini top is built when an order is placed with us. Please email or call us with any of your bimini top questions. Bimini top returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right! We are not responsible for color variations caused by different monitors. If you are worried about the color, just request sunbrella samples and we'll be happy to send you some samples for you to compare. All return items require a return authorization number, contact us at returns@boatersoutlet.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package in case of loss or damage to the item while in transit. When returning an item, please write the R.A. # on the outside of the package on the return address label. Returned Bimini tops must be in new and unused condition. Any missing parts, hardware or paperwork will reduce your refund. Make sure the material is clean and free from dust, debris or any pet hair. Any top returned that is not clean will further reduce your refund. Refused Shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking charge; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Boat Cover Return Policy

Do not use your boat's registration in place of measuring your boat; please double check your boat's measurements before placing an order for a boat cover. Each boat cover is built when an order is placed with us.
Custom covers are non-refundable. Semi-Custom & Style-to-Fit Boat Covers are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
